Where feeling good starts with feeling understood.
At All Star Wellness, children have a safe, warm space to build friendships, recognize emotions and grow at their own pace.
Created by Laura Michelsen, LMSW, an elementary school social worker and mother of two, this practice was inspired by firsthand experience of the challenges children faced with social connection and emotional expression.

Our philosophy
Children grow when they feel safe to be themselves.
The practice was created in response to the effects of pandemic-era isolation on children's opportunities for social development and emotional connection. All Star Wellness focuses on playful, age-appropriate wellness experiences that make room for both laughter and learning.
